PhD Researcher

Sara Hadjidemetriou Folman is currently undertaking her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cyprus. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and received an MSc in Mental Health Development in Children and Young People: Psychological Approaches from the University of Edinburgh. Her interests span both the applied and theoretical perspectives of psychology, with a particular focus on children and young people. She has worked with children and young people across a range of settings, including schools, refugee shelters, and secure settings. Her work is particularly focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable young people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties.
